Can I pick up my order in person?

Not directly through the site — for now our store doesn’t support on-site pickups.

What’s the shipping time?

We aim to ship all standard orders within 3–5 working days. During Black Friday or holiday peaks, it may take up to 7 working days — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is printed to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for size or preference issues. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How do I care for my gear?

  • Wash cold and inside out
  • Avoid bleach and tumble drying
  • Iron on low, on the reverse

Do you collaborate with players, clubs, or events?

Absolutely. We’re always open to community collabs. Contact us if you’d like to team up on custom pieces or event merch.

Can I buy in bulk for a team or club?

Yes! Reach out to us directly if you’d like to order in bulk for your padel team, event, or club. We can offer discounts on larger orders.
